What This Tour Is About

Our WFPB & Vegan Tuscany Tour is your invitation to experience one of the world’s most beloved regions in its most authentic, effortless, and heartfelt form. Over several unforgettable days, we’ll explore Tuscany’s most breathtaking towns, landscapes, and hidden gems — each chosen with intention to help you feel the soul of this land, not just see it.

This is Tuscany lived from the inside.

Experience Tuscany
Like Never Before

At the heart of the tour is food — vibrant, whole-food, plant-based & vegan cuisine that is crafted to nourish your body and delight your senses.
Every meal is thoughtfully prepared using seasonal ingredients, inspired by traditional Italian flavors, and expressed in our signature WFPB, oil-free, sugar-free, additive-free way.

But this tour is more than great food. It’s about experiencing Tuscany as it truly is: earthy, warm, timeless, and full of quiet magic.

You won’t just visit Tuscany — you will feel it.

Authentic Tuscany, Effortless Flow

Every day is designed with care so you can relax completely.
With all meals included — from elegant lunches in historic towns to intimate dinners in hidden local gems — you’ll taste the region through clean, compassionate, nourishing food that honors both tradition and health.

As we move through villages, vineyards, and countryside, you’ll be guided by an Italian-born host who knows the land intimately — its stories, its people, its flavors, and the small details that make each place meaningful.

This is the Tuscany that most travelers never access: the handcrafted, soulful version that only locals can share.

What Makes This Tour Special

You’ll hear hidden histories, local legends, and cultural insights that bring each stop to life — the details that transform a place from beautiful to unforgettable. With private transfers, curated restaurants, and seamless daily planning, every moment flows naturally.

Our small-group format keeps the experience warm and personal, with plenty of time to explore at your own pace: take photos, enjoy a cappuccino (plant-based!), wander through artisan streets, or simply pause to absorb the landscape.

It’s the perfect blend of curated adventure, authentic Italian living, and WFPB nourishment — designed to leave you refreshed, inspired, and full of memories that stay with you long after the tour ends.

This is Tuscany as it was meant to be experienced: beautiful, effortless, intimate, and deliciously real.

Tuscany Tour Manifesto

This is not a typical Tuscany trip. It is a return to beauty, to presence, and to the quiet magic that happens when you experience Italy through the eyes of those who truly belong to it.

Tuscany is not only vineyards and postcards — it is warmth, simplicity, ancient stone, slow mornings, and landscapes that speak without words. It is tradition carried through food, family, and the land itself.

On this tour, we choose the Tuscany most travelers never see: the hidden villages, the honest flavors, the stories whispered through narrow streets, the artisans who still work by hand, and the moments that unfold naturally when you are guided by locals who love this region deeply.

We nourish the body with true WFPB & Vegan cuisine — clean, vibrant, seasonal, and inspired by Italian tradition.
We nourish the heart through connection, laughter, and the beauty of traveling in good company.
We nourish the mind with simplicity — one day, one village, one experience at a time.
And we nourish the spirit by remembering that joy, discovery, and presence are forms of medicine too.

This is Tuscany lived gently, intentionally, and authentically. A curated journey designed to reconnect you with beauty, culture, and the pleasure of being fully here.

By the end, you will not want to leave — not because of what you visited, but because of the way Tuscany made you feel.

This is the Tuscany you were meant to experience.
A tour for the senses.
A tour for the heart.
A tour for your wholeness.

Program Highlights:
The Essence of Tuscany’s Beauty

Meetup in Florence

Our journey begins in Florence, where we’ll meet here in the morning to start our tour. This city is called the cradle of the Renaissance, also known to be the city of the powerful Medici family. It’s is a place where history, beauty, and creativity converge. From elegant piazzas to the iconic Duomo crowned by Brunelleschi’s dome — still the largest brick dome in the world — the city offers inspiration at every turn. As we walk through its streets, you’ll feel the legacy of the Medici, whose vision and influence shaped art, architecture, and culture for centuries.
After our tour, we’ll sit down for our first shared lunch, savoring delicious WFPB & Vegan cuisine and taking time to relax before continuing our adventure.

From Florence, we’ll enjoy a smooth 1 hour and 15 minute drive in our luxury Mercedes vans, heading south through the Tuscan countryside to our private villa in Sinalunga. Our transportation is handled by certified professional drivers with full NCC (noleggio con conducente) licenses, which not only guarantees their professionalism and reliability, but also grants them authorization to enter historic city centers and traffic-restricted zones. This means that wherever we go — whether it’s the lively streets of Florence or the quiet lanes of hilltop towns — you’ll be picked up and dropped off right in the center, with no long walks or complicated transfers. It’s a seamless and premium travel experience, designed for both comfort and peace of mind.

The Excursions

You’ll enjoy exclusive excursions, personally curated by your hosts to bring you into Tuscany’s most beautiful towns, landscapes, and experiences. Each journey has been carefully chosen to reflect the deep connection between Italian culture, tradition, and the land itself — offering opportunities to explore historic centers, relax in natural hot springs, and savor unforgettable Vegan meals in handpicked restaurants that redefine Italian dining.

Siena

Siena is a city steeped in tradition and pride, famous for its shell-shaped Piazza del Campo and the Palio horse race that has united and divided its districts for centuries. It’s also home to Monte dei Paschi di Siena, founded in 1472 and recognized as the oldest surviving bank in the world. This history of finance, rivalry, and community weaves through Siena’s narrow lanes and terracotta-colored facades, creating a place where the past is still alive in daily life. Siena’s charm lies in its ability to feel both medieval and deeply human — a city that lives and breathes its history.

Arezzo

Arezzo offers an authentic slice of Tuscany, away from heavy crowds but full of character. It’s known as the birthplace of Guido d’Arezzo, the monk credited with creating the modern musical scale that shaped music forever. The city also played a starring role in Roberto Benigni’s Oscar-winning film Life is Beautiful. Its antique squares echo with stories of craftsmanship and trade, while panoramic viewpoints reveal sweeping Tuscan landscapes.

Cortona

Cortona is a hilltop jewel that captures the essence of la dolce vita. Celebrated worldwide as the setting for Under the Tuscan Sun, it has preserved its authenticity with winding cobblestone lanes, breathtaking valley views, and a rhythm of life that feels timeless. Walking through its streets, you’ll sense both history and everyday Tuscan charm, from artisan shops to cafés where locals gather as they always have.

Eremo delle Celle

Just beyond the town lies Eremo delle Celle, a remarkable hermitage founded by Saint Francis of Assisi in the 13th century. Built into a wooded valley, this sacred site is one of the most important Franciscan landmarks in the region. Its stone bridges, chapels, and rustic dwellings tell centuries-old stories of devotion and simplicity. Saint Francis himself lived here for a time, and the atmosphere of peace and humility remains almost untouched.

Bagno Vignoni

Bagno Vignoni is unlike any other village in Tuscany. At its center lies a steaming thermal pool that has drawn travelers since Roman times. Pilgrims once stopped here along the Via Francigena, and Renaissance figures like Lorenzo de’ Medici sought its waters. The setting has also inspired filmmakers, most famously Andrei Tarkovsky in Nostalghia. Walking through Bagno Vignoni feels like stepping into another world — one where wellness, history, and poetry blend seamlessly.

Pienza

Together we’ll visit Pienza, often called the “ideal Renaissance town.” Perched on a hilltop, it overlooks the rolling landscapes of the Val d’Orcia, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the most photographed regions of Tuscany. With its harmonious architecture, sunlit piazzas, and winding stone streets, Pienza embodies tranquility and timeless charm.

Val d’Orcia

From the town’s panoramic terraces, you’ll take in breathtaking views of the Val d’Orcia — a tapestry of cypress-lined lanes, olive groves, and golden fields that have inspired artists, writers, and filmmakers for centuries. Ridley Scott even chose this valley to film the opening scenes of Gladiator, drawn to its otherworldly beauty.

Montepulciano

Montepulciano rises proudly from the hills, surrounded by some of Tuscany’s most celebrated vineyards. It is world-renowned for its Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, but also loved for its cinematic flair: scenes from The Twilight Saga: New Moon were filmed here, transforming the town into the fictional Volterra. Strolling through its stone streets, with vistas opening at every turn, you’ll sense both grandeur and intimacy. Montepulciano embodies everything people dream of in Tuscany — beauty, flavor, and a touch of magic.

The Villa

A Restored 19th-Century Sanctuary Immersed in Nature

Set in the very heart of Tuscany, our private villa is surrounded by rolling vineyards, ancient olive groves, and sweeping countryside views that stretch to the horizon. Once a 19th-century farmhouse, it has been lovingly restored to honor its authentic Tuscan architecture while offering premium modern comforts.

This is more than a place to stay — it is a sanctuary chosen for its natural beauty, grounding energy, and profound sense of peace.

Here, the land itself becomes part of the experience: the quiet hum of the vineyard, the fragrance of rosemary and sage in the gardens, the warmth of the sun across the terracotta floors, and the gentle stillness that settles in at dusk.

It is a place where nature, history, and serenity merge.

The Energy of the Location — Ancient Land, Harmonious Field, Natural Coherence

The villa rests on land once inhabited and revered by the Etruscans, an ancient civilization known for choosing sites aligned with the natural geomagnetic flow of the earth. The surrounding hills, vineyard geometry, and centuries-old olive trees create a landscape with an unmistakably harmonious and grounding energy field.

Close to the mystical Crete Senesi, often called Tuscany’s “lunar landscape,” this area carries rare mineral-rich soil and ancient clay formations believed to hold stabilizing and restorative frequencies. It is a region where history, nature, and energy weave together, creating a sense of quiet coherence the moment you arrive.

Fruit trees, wild herbs, flowering gardens, and expansive green spaces give the property a feeling of aliveness and subtle vitality, making it an ideal environment for reflection, connection, gentle movement, and effortless presence.

Whether you’re wandering through the vines at sunrise, resting beneath the olive trees, or sharing a meal facing the distant hills and shimmering waters of nearby Lake Trasimeno, the experience feels both ancient and timeless — a place where the land itself invites you to slow down, breathe, and return to peace.

Reviews and Testimonials

Scroll down to read and hear directly from our past guests about their experience.

We came on your Tuscany WFPB trip for the food. We only travel when we know we can eat healthy, plant-based food. Your meals surpassed our highest expectations — they were all gourmet meals! You and Chef Gaia attended to every detail — preparing all of your own recipes, appealing to all of our senses, and providing such aesthetically pleasing presentations.
We were so moved by the fact that you also served the food with such loving care and authentic interest in us as individuals. For one week we were part of your family, and you were part of ours. You both tended to our bodies, minds, and souls, creating the conditions for a truly transformational experience for us. We are so grateful for that.
We loved the excursions to all of the Tuscan towns. Each had its own character, charm, and history. The whole was certainly greater than the sum of its parts.
This is one of the most enjoyable trips we have taken in our 47 years together. Your warm and friendly energy, as well as your passion for healthy food and creating transformational experiences, showed in everything you planned. Transformation within the context of loving and healing relationships is the foundation of everything you do. We are the recipients of your purpose and passion.
So, we came for the food, and received so much more

Laura and I had been dreaming of going to Italy forever but didn’t know how to plan it. Then last year we received an email saying that my favorite magazine was organizing a low-fat, whole-food, vegan retreat in Tuscany. It felt meant to be. We are so glad this opportunity came up — it couldn’t have been a better experience.
Margarita, Michele, and their team were unbelievably great hosts. Being able to spend a week eating freely, without any language barriers, was so relaxing. The food was phenomenal. Add to that a beautiful villa in Tuscany, daily fun activities, and incredible excursions — it truly became the trip of a lifetime.
Sharing it all with a group of like-minded travelers was the perfect complement to this unforgettable experience. We’d highly recommend it to anyone who wants the Italian journey of a lifetime, topped with incredibly delicious and healthy food. Put this trip on your list — you won’t regret it.
Thanks again — our first time in Italy couldn’t have been more special.

This was truly the trip of a lifetime. Margarita and Michele created a magnificent week — they were so kind, thoughtful, and went above and beyond in every way. They even celebrated our birthdays with a beautiful bracelet I’ll treasure forever. I’m deeply grateful that our paths crossed and hope to reconnect again in the future. Many blessings to them both.

You created an atmosphere of love, beauty, and friendship. You shared your knowledge and your love of this beautiful land. Your passion for health translated into dishes that inspired us all to cook a little more and to enjoy our food in good company. We appreciate you both and the staff.

Thank you for the best week of my life! This week I have felt loved, pampered, and like part of your family. You nourished my body, mind, spirit, and heart. You are two of the most kind, knowledgeable, generous, and loving people I have ever met.

What is WFPB ORG?

WFPB ORG is an international initiative founded by Margarita Restrepo, dedicated to advancing true health, vitality, and sovereignty through a Whole Food, Plant-Based lifestyle.

Our mission is to inspire a return to food in its purest, most natural form—whole, unprocessed, and grown in harmony with nature.

We believe that food is not only nourishment, but also medicine, culture, and connection. By restoring our relationship with what we eat, we restore balance in our bodies, our communities, and the planet.

WFPB ORG exists to:

  • Promote Culinary Medicine – empowering people to heal and thrive through food that is both delicious and deeply restorative.

  • Offer Transformational Experiences – immersive events and retreats that reconnect us with nature, food origins, and authentic living.

  • Raise Global Standards – through certification and education, guiding restaurants, producers, and services toward transparency, integrity, and wholistic practices.

  • Foster Education & Growth – providing resources, courses, and opportunities to learn the art and science of living plant-based in a way that is practical, elevated, and life-changing.

We envision a world where food is no longer a product of industry, but a gift of nature—where individuals reclaim health, joy, and resilience by returning to the simplicity of whole, plant-based living.
