Your Hosts
These experiences are hosted by Margarita Restrepo and Michele Nasini, who share a passion for whole food plant-based living, Italian culture, and creating meaningful experiences that nourish both body and mind.
Margarita Restrepo is the founder and editor-in-chief of Naked Food Magazine, a naturopath, whole food plant-based chef, and educator dedicated to helping people rediscover health through food, lifestyle, and conscious living. Her work focuses on restoring vitality through simple, natural practices rooted in nourishment, connection, and respect for the body.
Michele Nasini is a strength and conditioning coach, movement practitioner, and researcher of human performance and wellbeing. His approach integrates physical training, breath, and alignment to support balance, vitality, and resilience.
Together, they guide guests through a journey that blends nourishing cuisine, movement, nature, and authentic Italian culture, creating an experience that is both restorative and deeply memorable.
Throughout the experience, Margarita and Michele personally host the group, share meals together, and guide the activities and excursions.

Meals are thoughtfully created and prepared by Margarita Restrepo together with Chef Gaia, combining culinary creativity with the principles of whole food plant-based nutrition and the rich traditions of Italian cuisine.
All dishes are prepared using Naked Food recipes, crafted to highlight the beauty and simplicity of real ingredients. Meals are made with organic, locally sourced, and non-GMO ingredients whenever possible, celebrating the seasonal abundance of the Italian countryside.
The cuisine is 100% whole food plant-based and vegan, free from processed ingredients and designed to nourish, energize, and delight.
Guests enjoy beautifully prepared breakfasts, lunches, and dinners throughout the journey, along with special meals in select local restaurants preparing plant-based cuisine exclusively for our group.
Sharing these meals together often becomes one of the most memorable parts of the experience, bringing people together around vibrant food, meaningful conversation, and the joy of simple living.
