Naked Blueberry Parfait with Rolled Oats and Mint

Yield: 2 jars / 3 small servings
Ingredients (organic, non-GMO)
1 ½ cups blueberries (225 g)
1 banana
½ cup rolled oats (50 g)
1 cup plant yogurt or blended frozen banana (240 ml)
3 Tbsp chia seeds (30 g)
Fresh mint leaves
Method
Blend blueberries and banana until creamy.
Layer oats, yogurt, and berry cream in jars.
Garnish with mint and extra berries.
Chef’s Note:
To enjoy cold, freeze berries for 30 minutes before using.
