Green Chia Seed Elixir with Wild Fruit & Flowers

Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients (organic, non-GMO)
3 Tbsp chia seeds (30 g)
1 ½ cups purified water (350 ml)
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
1 orange, thinly sliced
½ cup mixed berries (75 g)
Fresh mint leaves
Edible wild flowers (optional)
Method
Whisk chia seeds with water and let sit 10–15 minutes to thicken.
Layer chia, fresh fruit, and mint in glasses.
Garnish with edible flowers.
Enjoy slowly, with presence.

For a smoother texture, blend the mixture before letting it gel.
Coconut water adds natural minerals and electrolytes — great post-movement or morning hydration.
Add spirulina, barley grass juice powder, or amla for a deeper regenerative boost.
